Instructions and Help about When Is 990 Schedule B Required

P>We're going to fill out Schedule B, the interest and dividend schedule. Like all forms, let's begin with our taxpayer's name and social security number. The top part of the form is where you put the interest income. On the left-hand side, we're going to put the payer's name, and on the right, the amount of income. Let's total this up online to bring it down to line four. That number is going to go to the main part of the form on the 1040 and 1048. Let's do this to get dividends. On the left-hand side, the name of the payer, and on the right-hand side, the amount. We're going to total this up on line six and bring that to the 1040 or 1040a. The bottom section only applies if you have foreign bank accounts, and if that doesn't apply, then you're done. Now that you've learned how to do this, wouldn't it be easier to let us do it for you? Brought to you by Wheezing Burgin Company.
